Our service is backed by a warranty which entitles you to some or all of your money back if enough disputed items are not deleted.  Put simply, we don’t believe you should have to pay for ineffective services.  Here’s how the warranty works.


After you have been a client for 12 months, if you feel ambivalent about the success of our service you can request an evaluation of your account.  You must send us current credit reports.  We will calculate the total value of all successfully deleted and/or improved items and compare that amount to the fees you have paid us.  If what you have paid exceeds the value of deleted items we will reimburse you the difference.


To determine the total value of our service we count the number of items we successfully deleted, corrected or show as “not reporting” from your credit report and multiply that by $75.00 per bureau per line item. DSC Resources uses the amount of $75.00 per deleted, corrected “not reported” items as the fair market value for our service.


Again, this does not mean that we will charge $75.00 in addition to our regular fee, rather, we use the value of $75.00 per deleted or corrected item to determine if we created spectacular value for you (or not).


Example 1:

Imagine that after 12 months we have deleted only 2 items from your credit reports.  You started with 20 negative items, 18 of which remain.  Your refund would be computed as follows:


Your cost for 12 months:     $1,250.00

Value of service rendered:   $150.00

Amount you owe:               $0

You get back:                   $1,100.00


Example 2:

Now imagine that after 12 months we have successfully removed 18 of the 20 negative items on your credit reports.  Your refund would be computed as follows:


Your cost for 12 months:     $1,250.00

Value of service rendered:   $1,350.00

Amount you owe:               $0

You get back:                    $0


While the first example shows results which are lower than our average participating client (average results yield much better dispute to deletion ratios) it is a good example of how the warranty works.  Please note that when results exceed the warranty amount (and your expectations), you will not owe more money.  The warranty evaluation is intended to reassure you that DSC Resources has a stake in helping you achieve the highest level of success. 







Our warranty is subject to the following conditions: (i) client must have at least four disputable negative items at the time DSC Resources is engaged by the client; (ii) collections, charge-offs and any account with a balance due is not included in the warranty unless they are supported by proof of payment, a deletion or update letter from the creditor, and/or a settlement letter; (iii) client MUST send paperwork from the credit bureaus within 5 days of receipt. If DSC Resources’s workflow is stalled on an account due to the client not following the procedures, the warranty does not apply; (iv) if additional derogatory accounts are added while DSC Resources is working on the file, all monies will become immediately due, and the warranty will no longer apply; (v) client must have not used a credit repair company or attempted to repair their own credit in the past 12 months. NOTE: If client believes that DSC Resources did not meet their warranty promise within the year as outlined, then it will be client’s responsibility to provide DSC Resources with a current credit report from each of the three credit bureaus, and summary outlining client’s complaint points in detail. DSC Resources will then conduct an audit comparing the current reports to the original reports and if it is found that DSC Resources did not meet the warranty client will receive a refund as outlined above. A DSC Resources representative would be happy to answer any questions you may have as to why we have these conditions on our warranty.
